friends running together …

we run to enjoy each other’s company, opportunity for health, for a sense of accomplishment, to meet new friends, try new routes and reasons to eat!

we follow the FIRST running program of 3 runs and 2 cross training sessions a weeks for races 5km to marathon so that we can maximise our time and enjoyment of life.

we realised that by signing up for a race, we have greater motivation to get out there to run then just knowing how beneficial it can be to be exercising, so we run towards races.

after putting up programs and coaching for the last 10 years, I realised that running for someone and something that is bigger than ourselves would be even more motivating and exciting than doing it within a community.

this is my first attempt in fund raising (on a personal or joint project capacity).
pray that it does more than giving you a reason to get out there to train and race, is encourages to take time out to think about others…
