this is the last week of hard training before we start the taper.
it has been a long while since you started your training for the Singapore Biathlon race.
you should be stronger in all sense now; physically and mentally.

last saturday’s workout at Sentosa was a pushed to your limit for some and first for others. the first 800m/5km was a relaxed set with the aim of getting the mileage and transition right. the 2nd set was a time trial. all had fun but most important, we learn more about our body under stress.

5 weeks more to Sing Bi! more open water swim/run this sat at the 2nd hippest beach in singapore!
even if you are just going to finish singapore biathlon for the first time, you should start training now.
