you seen all these posters and fliers.. email fliers advertising all these endurance races…
the triathlons, the biathlons, the marathons, the adventure race and what ever.
you knew friends who did it and seen the change in their life… and their waist line… their new gear on their new tone body… and bragging rights.!

there was no posting for the last week. i apologise for it.
was too caught up with shopping and eating in Shanghai and HK…
