just want to run to gain fitness and you signed up for 10km to gain some motivation and maybe kick start your new regime…
but you have no training program nor people to run with…
You have just come to the right place!
we are a group of people who are going to run the different distance for the coming standard chartered race on 7 dec. we will follow a training program and come together to do the long runs on saturaday morning. we also have friends who will be help out with the logistics for these long runs.
we will try to make the long runs more interesting that we can run in different locations. which also mean that we can enjoy different types of breakfast at different hawker centers!
we will organise talks and shoe clinics if there is a demand.
there will be weekly updates of events and reports from runners etc.
this will be a meeting place for runners who are looking for more than running to the finish line… to enjoy the process of getting there!
